Educational Qualifications:
 2003 - BS in Animal Sciences - Purdue University
2006 – Doctor of Veterinary Medicine – Purdue University
2006-2007 - One-year internship at Coosa Valley Equine Center, all-inclusive equine referral clinic in Pell City, AL

Dr. Ashley opened RVS in March of 2008 as an exclusively large animal veterinary practice. RVS was built on hard work, dedication, knowledge, and accessibility. Being reared on a 2,000-acre beef cattle farm and showing horses her entire life with strong support from her family has helped her prepare for a career in large animal veterinary medicine.

Dr. Ashley has been married to her long-time love Heath. They have two beautiful children, Olivia and Garrett. She is a part-owner of the wedding venue The Loft At Walnut Hill Farm, LLC and  the local feedmill, Standish Farm Supply, LLC. She is a member of the AVMA, IVMA, and AAEP. In her spare time, Dr. Ashley enjoys riding and showing horses, helping on the family farm, coaching basketball, and spending quality time with her children.

Kaycee Reichenbacker, Veterinary Assistant

Kaycee has lived her whole life in southern Indiana and has a life-long love of large animals. She has been working for veterinarians for several years, specializing in large animal care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 3 children, fishing, and training competition dogs.

Donna Washburne, Office Manager

Donna Washburne, Office Manager

Donna joined Dr. Ashley's team in 2016. She grew up in dairy country in Upstate New York. She graduated with a degree in Psychology from IU where she met her husband, John. They have been married for over 37 years and have a son, Brian, who works for an engineering firm in Michigan.

Donna has been working in customer service since 1999. When not assisting clients in the office, she enjoys a variety of crafts, including jewelry making, crochet, and stained glass.

Maddie Lynch, Barn Staff

Maddie has lived her whole life in Williams, Indiana. When not working taking care of the barns and the animals, she enjoys quilting, music, and playing with her Champagne Labrador, Rizzy.
